The Law Officers Legal Plan temporary membership cards are for you to give to new members when they sign up. There are ten perforated cards per sheet. Each has space for you to fill in the member's name and number on one side, and the Provider Law Firm number on the other. The cards include the toll-free numbers for job-related emergencies and Member Services.
